Meh. I've had "legit" kava... it was kind of like being buzzed/drunk but shittier. I've used root, extracts and tictures, never cared for it that much.

Definitely not my thing. Kratom was way better.

Yall aint gonna be thinking kratom is all that when you are going through withdrawls, craving more, unable to get hard & become constipated.

you probably had food in your stomach when you tried the kava. kratom is purely nausea with no relief. it's only effective for me while i'm detoxing from opiates.

so i'm tapering off of norcos now that my pain is gone, and my doc gave me lunesta to help with sleep. this lunesta is amazing(had to try one out of curiosity if it'll work). everything is slippery(not wet) and i glide all around with the world feeling lighter than ever so far it's almost better than or at least as good as the benzos i've used. i have'nt mixed any drugs yet, about to introduce a bong hit into the mix. it's better than ambien so far.
bong hit helped alot. i hope there's no heavy tolerance to this stuff. but why is it making me feel so centered and smooth while awake? shouldn't i be stumbling around looking for my bed? i took 4mg.

Have fun with lunesta LOL my ex girlfriends mother would sleep walk, make coffee and go back to sleep. Some crazy sleep walking stories on it... to each their own :lol:

as someone who use to take a lot of sleeping pills
let me warn ya they end up fucking up your sleep more than ever when ever you stop taking them
so unless you plan on taking them every night for the rest of your life, or just on occasions when you reallllly need help sleeping,
chances are they will do more bad than good.

i've used lots of ambien before with none of those issues. if so, i'll start locking up shit and stashing keys in trees.

i should probably go back onto kava though instead.

just caught myself trying to talk myself into taking more...
