But srsly best headphones i ever had on my head in terms of comfort. And clarity and response range allows me to mix down tracks without even using monitors. Which is still far from ideal but stuff just sounds like i'm listening to live music in space, i forget i have headphones on. When listening to music in lower quality tho the imperfections are way more apparent too, so youtube sounds shittier.

Seriously though, the white MD50s are so sick. I think they came out like a month or two after I bought mine.

Yeah - I have a pair of Infinity speakers that were like $50 each that my dad gave me, and also an old receiver from the 80s (also from my dad).  It's alright, but the M50s sound way better.  It'll be a couple years still before I get nice speakers though.  I just dropped $3k on a laptop + desktop, and I'm buying a king size bed for my new place in a couple weeks .
