Urgent simple question about lid tightening with only 1 silicon RTV covered hole.

Making an LC, 1 hole covered with silicon RTV, do I leave the lid loose when I put it in the pressure cooker? This is to sterilize a honey/water mixture.

And should I put tinfoil on top?

I get my chance with the PC in 1 hour, so i gotta know quick!

Thanks in advance.!

All the other lid loose/tight issues had an air filter, and I don't have one, as per cybers self healing injection point lids.

Leave it loose, foil shouldn't matter since you have no filter to cover. Don't open the PC or tighten the lid until the PC has cooled completely and that doesn't mean when the pressure drops to zero, that means when the PC feels cool to the touch.
