URGENT Terrarium Question

I recently bought a 30 gallon Sterilite storage bin that i am going to use as my Terrarium. I will be using the MMGG method with a cool mist humidifier. My question is, What size tube should i use that will lead into the storage bin "Terrarium"?

I think in MMGG they give you a size. But the size of a hose or some flexible PVC tubing.

1" would be fine, 2" a bit wide.. you can use 2" with an iris or other adjustment to restrict: => more flexability

im using the poor man's terrarium setup, it may be ghetto, but it's workin pretty good for me so far lol
