Best time to decide to up the dose?

Any advice? I have a hard time telling when I am peaking or when to eat more. If you gobble a bunch to boost a trip before the initial dose has kicked in you will probably be fucked. How can I tell that this is as weird as its going to get?

With mushrooms, HoHo ate 3.5 grams his first trip, then went up/down in dose accordingly.

Just eat a normal dose once. After some experience you deside whats best for you.
