Stem:
Length 5", diameter 1/8", color white, texture smooth, hollow, loose blue annulus.
Cap:
Diameter 1.5", color gray-brown, texture smooth, conical.
Spore print color:
Brown
Bruising:
Blue
Other information:
NE PA USA

Pinkish-brown, attached.
Stem:
Length 5", diameter 3/4"-1", color white, texture smooth, solid.
Cap:
Diameter up to 8", color light brown, texture smooth, convex.

adjacent to deformed fleshy globules
NE PA USA

I'll put my two cents in and say 1. P. ovoideocystidiata, 2. Entoloma abortiva...then wait for a TI.

Yes, based on your location, P. ovoideocystidiata is much more likely. Same kind of thing though.
