Found LBM's

Habitat:
Pasture, recently mowed with lots and lots of dead grass about, along with some crap. NE Oklahoma.

Gills:
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc. Brownish to black, mostly black or slightly purple. Not quite sure, i dont trust my eyes too much. They are attached all the way to the bottom. They leave a black to dark brown spore print too.

Stem:
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc. Up to maybe three inches. quarter of an inch in diameter. White to pale yellow. maybe a slight texture up and down, its hollow and mostly even all the way up.

Cap:
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc. two inches in diameter for some, smaller for others. Conical where grass held edges down, broadens out when they reached above the grass point. Maybe a little bit of texture along the top, slight ridges running from center to edge, not around.

Spore print color:
Very important!
Black, dark brown, i did five or six spore prints two years ago, but they popped back up again so i wanted to check this out.
Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.
Not really any bruisng. One had a blueish tint, but not a true blue, kinda like an off gray blue.
Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills. How do i attach pitures.

Maybe a close relative, but from what i just researched of Coprinellus Micaceus i doubt it. Colors dont match up, and the gills are different. Thank you though. I'll do some more pictures and post them, possibly get a better view. Any particular ways a photo should be taken to get most detail? Or needed details?

Probably Coprinellus micaceus.

Take pictures with a digital camera and enable macro mode.  It helps to put the camera on the ground right near the mushroom when you take the picture.

Yup yup. This tends to get the best and most complete pictures. Bird's eye pics aren't so good unless they are with a good natural side shot.

Well earlier i tried to upload some more pictures (i believe i got some on my other thread for these.) and it just kept going blank, so im here to try again. I got a few of these LBM's, so far identified as Coprinellus micaceus laid out on a sheet of paper. Also i got some young cubes, or what i believe are cubes. they are the ones in my hand if this lets me upload this time. I ate them two years ago and tripped, so yay. Err, well it appears my computer has deleted my photos... umm.. nevermind i guess.. i'll nature walk for some cubes, or gym's (not quite sure of these yet, i need better pics. The ones on the site are too varied for me to feel sure) and pic and post them.

The pics aren't that bad - Great shot of your armpit in the 5th photo :thumbup:

But yep, macro mode enabled and decent natural lighting will do wonders.
