cranberry shroom shot.... taken further

I read some thread around here with many many pages about how someone had take a few grams of shrooms pulverized into a fine powder, mixed with a shot of cranberry juice. Supposedly this worked wonders... according to the person.
they thought that due to the acidity level and amount of vitamin C, it caused them to trip faster, harder and longer.

I should be getting some mushrooms soon and I promise to try a liquid which has more than triple the amount of acidity and vitamin C: habanero peppers - liquefied with a little vinegar.
Since i eat habanero peppers daily (atleast try to) i can stand the heat and spice. Ive got the stomach of a goat.

So, whatcha think?

not really pickled. I have fresh habanero's. My stepdad grows them as a hobby and sends me shitloads. The habanero isnt the hottest pepper out there, but it is pretty up there.

What made me think about this, was that someone else had taken the cranberry a step further and used lemon juice. Im just taking that even further.

Would be a step back I think, as the acidity of a habenero is less then a lemon

well... you may be right, but after a little web searching to attempt to ermove my foot from my mouth, i found:

1 source that claimed vinegar is just as acidic as lemon juice
1 source that listed peppers and lemons as alkalizing

everything else was cooking pages....

I always thought peppers were highly acidic.... but from my slight research on this it seems that vinegar would do more help than the habanero.

also, according to the original cranberry report, they werent sure if it was the acid, or the vitamin C, and I know for sure though that peppers contain more vitamin C than citrus fruits... odd.

So, now im thinking about going with using the jar of pickled habaneros and just using the juice.

it doesnt cause you to trip longer, it actually shortens the trip because all of the trippyness is going into yor system at once instead of over a period of time like when u eat them,. thats why you trip faster and harder but it will definatley be shorter

according to the community experiment 'I may have discovered something...',(which is what this poster is basing his question off of)... it is a fact.

I last night I ate a couple chocolates (still powdered shrooms) and took a shot of shroom powder...I didn't trip hard because it was only about 2g and I tripped last saturday on 7g. It still kept me up till 5 in the morning....

I think that sounds gross...and if you want to trip harder just eh eat more shrooms...its not they are in short supply
