I think you'll be fine. If its your first time I reccomend taking 2 grams. Make sure you weigh it out first of course. The trip should last from 4-6 hours. I wish you well.

I wouldn't say not to smoke, but maybe smoke after your peak. You will know when you come down from your peak. Your visuals will be less intense, but your thought process will still be insane. I have never had any problems smoking while shrooming. It does give you a diffferent high though, it kinda intensifies the shroom experience. If you are used to pot, then I think that you will be able to handle it. I hope that you have a great first time! Just remeber to releax, and if anything becomes overwhelming, just close your eyes and take a few deep breathes. Then everything will be back into perspective. Bubbles are really fun to play with!
