What is the efficiency of shroom tea?
Like if you were to make tea out of 3 grams, would you have the same trip as if you just ate 3 grams? If not, how much would someone need?

And what is the proper method of making tea? This is to my understanding:

Boil water...
Dissolve a couple caps of Vitamin C in it
Put the desired amount of shrooms in and steep for 10 minutes
Remove and throw out shroom matter
Add a strong teabag to help the taste (and I suppose sugar if it helps)... is this right?

for my experience 3 grams of tea are a strong dose. more intense as you chew the mushrooms.
tre trip starts sometimes in 15-20 and last less.
personally i don't like it, but of course is subjective.

hmm well i am no expert but i can tell you 2 of my friends and i made tea out of a quarter, just chopped it up to bb sized pellets and boiled for 15 mins with 4 tea bags in there with it.. didn't add any vitamin c or anything guess that might help next time. but yeah 2 of us drank it and shared the mushroom goop (FUCKING DISGUSTING) and the third just drank his share of tea and from the looks of it we all tripped our asses off just the same

Well if it is a choice between eating and making tea you should eat it. When you consume the tea the effects usally come on in 15-30 minutes and are intense for about an hour and then the trip runs down...if you want to have a longer trip,that doesn't jump out and attack you, you should eat them.
If you are gonna make the tea, be sure to make the tea first with out the shrooms, then crush up the mushies in to pieces and then soak them in the tea for 10-15 minutes, drink all the fluid and I also suggest eating the reamains of the mushies. Do not boil the shrooms in the water with the tea bag. Mushies are very sensitive to heat, and the psilocybin may begin to break down..expose them to all little heat as you can....take care
