first can you i d this cacti. and second is there a difference between (hawaiin baby woodrose) and (hawaiin woodrose), i plan on gorowing.

Not sure what the cactus is. And yes there is a difference between hbwr and hwr..hbwr is way more potent.

spachinus or grandiflourus maybe without seeing # of ribs , spines etc.. IS that a pencil sticking in it?

it has 14 rows, yes that is a pencil there is a pencil in it because i have no other way to pic it up it is covered in spines.

best way to pick up spinny cactus, is to get a news paper sheet, fold it into a ribbon type piece, then wrap that around the cacti as a holding support.
Not STICKING a pencil into it :razz:

dude im sorry but thats kinda retartded.. that cactus could very well get infected and die.. never mistreat your plants like that.. Always think.. there has to be an easier , more humane way to go things....
