I've had plenty of bad highs off of smoking a lot of pot. It is a mood enhancer. Sometimes pot makes me reflect on my life in a negative light, not the people in my life, but some of the situations, which is abnormal for me. But I don't let it get too me, I understand that Im on a mood altering substance and I manifest my own problems, this helps a lot. Also, Kanibus, loose the stupid ass friends. You don't need that type of shit when you are that sensitive to your surroundings. It's kind of ironic how "friends" are the ones that get most people in trouble or make them feel bad. The best people to trip around are girlfriends that honestly care about you and won't fuck with you when you ask them to. If you don't have a girlfriend, trip alone.

Yeah, what's up with that? My suggestion is don't trip with your 'friend' again. Some people are insecure and get some kind of a kick out of messing with others when the opportunity comes up. Makes them feel bigger than they are. You're better off without people like that in your life. Friends should be on your side all the time, not against you.

Weed can definitely set you off into a panic/anxiety attack all on its own...so it's very possible the combination of the two, plus your setting, contributed.  But don't forget the most important element to a trip: your mind.  Never go in on a trip if you have reservations or don't feel up to it...it'll only lead to a bad experience.  :frown:
