That's all he did?  Just taped a bag over his head?  From what I've read when you run out of oxygen you struggle.  You can override this by using an exit bag with an inert gas.  If it's really that easy than I might try it.  I bet he mixed it with large amounts of CNS depressants to avoid the natural instinct to tear off the bag.

Ok well I'm being discharged today supposedly and will be going straight to a mental hospital for help and then on to a long term treatment program that can handle addiction coupled with severe depression and anxiety. So you guys won't see me for a while.

I don't think you understand.  I wish you all the wealth and health in the world but you need to stop being so selfish and start realizing that there are other people.  You hurt a lot of people with this and you don't seem to be getting it.  You aren't the only person in the world and everything isn't about you.
