yeah DJ muggs is pretty sick. it's kind of odd that you got into sick jacken as one of your first hip hop artists, he's more of an underground artist and a bit of an acquired taste. usually hip hop heads only like that type of stuff.

the first verse is insane, i'd never heard lyrics and just limitless shit like this before :mindexpanding:

Yeah a coworker and I traded mixed CDs just for shits and giggles.

They hated my shit LOL but I actually liked a lot of theirs. It was just nice to drive to. Windows down, warm air, cig. It just fit. I'm diggin it. Wasn't expecting to but I am.

theres alot of goodshit out there, theres also alot of crap too. but in any genre, all you have to do is wade your way through the shit to find the hidden gold. every genre of music there is has amazing artists and music you will enjoy, finding it is the difficult part

Would you say this one is a crap one? The lyrics aren't too deep or anything, but I like the music. It was another one on their CD. Idunno if I'm gonna give it back. >.>

I'm not going to post videos because I'm lazy but here are some of the hip hop artists I dig:

9th wonder, j dilla, basically everyone signed to stones throw records - just check out the youtube profile, murs, oddisee, cunninlynguists, people under the stairs, a tribe called quest, erykah badu - although she's kinda r&bish but still amazing, the roots, mos def, common

and last but not (or maybe?) least, this guy I know of is a character and makes weird hip hop music.  so check that out.  His name is alex totally and I shall post a video of that. It's definitely catchy and I know other folks would enjoy it regardless.
