good advice circastes, but i've found that it's less about mood and more about relaxation.

it is really tough to be smiling all the time, acting happy as you mentioned. moods fluctuate rapidly, emotions are transient. what isn't as difficult, is being totally at peace and as RELAXED AS POSSIBLE in every moment, no matter what the circumstance.

the highest states i've ever personally achieved were not characterized by happiness/smiling, they were characterized by deeply letting go and being completely and totally relaxed....almost like your body/mind/ego melting into the ocean of vibration.

anyway, good post :thumbup:

good post resonant111, i agree - relaxation is the ticket :thumbup:

to me, trying to keep a "high mood" all the time sounds like suffering, but maybe i'm just lame.

It was a bit of a twist on the phrase. Really, even if it looks like the truth, have fun with it. Don't take anything seriously, because in the end the answer will come from within your brain. Not even the Einsteiny-est Einstein has a one-up on your brain, it is a self-contained genius.

lol at smiling all the time being creepy. hahahaah. Maybe it is. I guess I meant happy expession.

You shouldn't be leaving where you are and arriving elsewhere all the time, at the same time you shouldn't be stagnating in one state, I guess this is where 'learn to swim' comes into it but you will find, at least, that all your great times were in the same vicinity: your brain, here in your brain, now in your brain.

Here and now implies there and later. It really does, not just logically, but neurologically... if your brain is aware of a "RIGHT NOW" then it has the architecture activated that is prepared also for a "AND THEN"
