There are some pretty powerful pre-workout energy supplements that are taken orally out there...just wondering if someone's ever tried snorting them lol

They are designed for digestion, doing otherwise might be very risky to your health. They already fuck with your cardiovascular system enough, why risk more?

Never said I was going to personally try this (I don't take supplements besides whey and creatine and I don't snort things), just wondering if someone had ever tried it before.

Creatine is something you're supposed to take consistently for gains it's not necessarily an energy-providing stimulant

and majority of the pre work out are nitric oxide supplements that have multiple amino acids in them that break down during digestion. It would most like not be active if you railed it. I would rather just drink mine, I use C 4 and the pink lemonade flavor is bomb as fuck.

Yeah but the particular energy supplement I have in mind isn't nitric oxide.

It's Bullnox.

Also I don't know much about science, but I know cocaine is orally active as well as nasally.

This shows that a substance can be both orally and nasally active at the same time.

I've actually never even taken it orally before. It SMELLS, fucking DANK. A slight hint of clouds/smoke comes out sometimes when I open the canister or stir it around, and a timid whif makes me cough. Smells great, but strong as hell.

Funny story actually. I was taking a shit in the bathroom at my rec and when I want to wash my hands, there was a full container sitting there right next to the sink. :toast:

I know it's probably safe and not laced with anything immediately dangerous, since my old roommate took a scoop or two and is still healthy as ever.

Still, I'm generally opposed to using pre-workout energy supplements because I feel I will become used to it after a while and will require it for a normal routine. Also, who knows what that shit does to your body, along with all the cancer-causing artificial flavorings, dyes, etc. Most energy supplements basically smell like pure industrial powder that does not belong in the system of a biological organism.

I've read some online reports about it though and it seems to be legit.

Yeah it may be bad for you long term, but that's the price you have to pay to be YOLKED!

It just kind of helps me focus now. I can workout without it but it does make a difference. I'm curious what is in this bullnox. Time for research.

Lol I don't really need to pay that price, I weigh 230 lbs and a good bit of that's muscle. Plus I'm just coming out of a fat-burning phase and entering a bulking phase so I'm about to get really jacked.

Creatine and whey are plenty for me.

Creatine has never done much for me besides add water weight, I'll never take it again. I eat a shit load an sup. with whey casein and N.0. And I wish I could get to 230. I'm just starting my bulking phase too. The amount of food I have eaten today is disgusting, one of my problems is nausea. I'm never really that hungry or hungry enough to gain so it's all force feeding for me. Honestly been looking into pro hormones for a while now. Still iffy about them.
