Full body workout!
    #3809093 - 02/21/05 01:20 AM (12 years, 7 months ago)

So saturday I went to workout with m sister for the first time in months I ran for 40 min on the tredmil and 30 min upperbody toning and 200 sit ups ... well i felt really good after I left and all that day I had soo much energy.. even this morning i didn't hurt too much but now oh my gosh I can hardly move. I took some tylonal and it still didnt work what should I do for the pain???? I can even lay down without being uncomfortable..... Im suppose to go with my sister again on monday to work out again do you think this would be a bad idea or a good idea.. should I keep pushin?
Kristi

No pain no game eh

Thats typical from working out, I started lifting weights and practicing kickboxing a few months ago and for the first my week my whole body was sore. If your body is too sore to work out then don't, but once ya feel better work out again. Eventually you'll get stronger and working out will be an easier thing to get through.

if you hadnt worked out in a while you shouldny have pushed yourself so hard. SERIOUSLY, you will be sore for like a week.

go ahead and go on monday but pretend your a wimp this time.

also:

have someone who knows how sit you down and stretch you out, that will make some of teh pain go away.

have someone ELSE stretch you. that is key here, you probably are in enough pain you will think youre killing yourself if you stretch, but if someone else does it, you GOTSA take it   and it will help, seriously.

I'm not sure whether or not its game or gain... something to look into.
