almost all professinal bodybuilders and all those guys in the lifting mags are roided out.
That is a really ignorant thing to say..
So true.
You have to have fucking AMAZING genetics to get to the professional level that some guys are at. Not all of them take roids. And the ones that do are still fucking amazing. Look at pics of them as amatures and kids, they're still just as huge. Just not as cut or as vascular. Hats off to the mother fuckers who eat egg whites, grits, broccoli and ground turkey by the truck load. You don't have any idea what they go through. thumbup:
There's gyms all over the place with tons of roid monkeys and most of them have huge chests, backs or arms but pinner ass legs. Something's always lagging. You can take roids and get big, but to acheive the level where you have a perfect physique, great muscle seperation and vascularity, that's nothing short of amazing. These people are still human, roids or not.
I like working out too. I used to be sooo fucking skinny. I'd eat nothing but granola bars, chips and pop. I thought that I ate like a madman but I was wrong.
Bulking clean is the way to go. I admit that I ate junk now and again, but only to put on pure mass. Now I'm going for leaner mass, baby. I eat a lot of egg whites, whole grains, veggies, white meat and healthy shit... I make sure that I eat a consistant amount of calories, carbs and fat (gotta eat fat to lose it). It's working out great. Some people go on these "Keto" diets where their meals are perfectly laid out, they only eat carbs at certain times, etc... I'm not that crazy. I just train smart, don't eat too much or too little and it's simple. People overanalyze things.
I hope to get extremely big one day. There's like 1 pro flip body builder right now...

My little bro's inspirational. This pic's admittedly dog shit, you need to see him in real life. His muscle seperation is amazing. You can look at the muscles on him in real life and see every single one, just like some crazy text book from a library. He blows me away.
I've never felt so positive in my life since I started working out about 9-10 months ago. I hardly even care for drugs or sex. Nothing feels better than a good pump.

I just started working out again earlier this month and I've put on about 6-7 lbs, but I don't think much if any of that is muscle. I've just been eating alot more because I read that diet is the biggest part of bulking up. Doesn't help much I have limted free weights and a shitty multi machine. If I had a funtioning peck deck and adjustable bench (incline/decline) I'd be alot happier. Maybe I'll build one.
I just do a simple routine
Day1
Chest (horizontal machine bench, different types of pushups) Shoulders (machine military press, free weight military, lifting dumbells infront of myself with a straight arm...not sure what thats called) Triceps(pushdowns, close handed pushups, skullcrushers(think thats the name)
Day2 rest
Day3 Back (Lat pulldowns, seated row, pullups) Bi's (straight bar curl, dumbell curls (sometimes hammers), then concentration curls) traps (lifting straight bad towards my chin, not even sure if I'm doing it right)
Day 4 rest
ect
Would like to get some legs in but I'm pretty limited with what I have. And even with low weights I get a sharp pain in my right knee. I think it's from years ago when I was lifting way to much on leg press without proper form.......
I try to eat about 40-50g of protein/carbs 1-1.5 before a workout, 40g of protein and some carbs right after, 2 hours later another 40g of protein, then within no time limit get another 40g of protein into me through the rest of the day. Mix in more carbs and a little fruit and veggies throughn all of it....
Any advice other than getting a gym membership is welcome.

Hey belly split your routine so you work each bodypart at a different time. But you could combine some. But I wouldn't put chest, shoulders, legs all in one day..... heres a simple routine you can do
M: biceps, back tuesday:rest wed:legs, triceps th:chest, abs friday:shoulders
there you go try that , you could switch it around but that gives you an idea.....

beginners really shouldnt split up like that. they should be working each muscle group twice a week. low reps, heavy weight. here is a solid split for beginner bulkig
Monday, Thursday:
Barbell Bench 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Incline Bench 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Barbell Curl 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Reverse Curl 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Tricep Skulls 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Decline Sit-Ups 4x10 hanging leg lifts 4x10
Tuesday, Friday
Deadlifts 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Standing Barbell Rows 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Shrugs 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Shoulder Press 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Squats 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure) Seated Calf Raise 3x5 1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure)

You're definitely huge, buddy! Good work. I respect people who work hard and get the kinds of bodies that they want. It's just like arnold said, it's like sculting except the canvas is you.
My routine's straight forward. I keep saying "I'm trying to get past a plateau" so much that I should be punched in the face. But here's my routine as of this week. Just worked legs after that post. They're fuckin ripped! I used to have the most crazy chicken legs but they're picking up. So many years of skating.... but yeah, did some heavy squats and I feel EXCELLENT! Not a single pull or strain because I train smart, but today I hit my muscles as hard as I could with extreme comfort.. although that's kind of a paradox, you get what I'm sayin, I'm sure you do.
Chest - Had such a pitiful chest that I prioritized upper chest presses with dumbells because of an equally week pair of shoulders. Now I do a nice amount of flat bench.. sadly nothing over 205lbs, clean reps, about 8 of them without looking like I'm going to bitch out. Then I pretty much completely get drained lol. As long as I maximize all the muscles fibers I can and get that coveted pump, that's all I care about. Back - Don't deadlift much at this point due to the fact that I'm supplementing with white blood and green bulge. Jesus fuck. I have to cut my dosage down because I get so jacked that my forearms literally feel like my muscles are going to rip. My forearms become so full of blood I don't know if I should run and get an ice pack or dog out another set. I don't dead much more than a couple of pink plates using an olympic sized bar. It's all right for a tiny asian like me. Not disappointed, actually looking forward to some good summer gains. I love my lats but wouldn't more mass and prominent spinal erectors Shoulders - Can't complain anymore. I don't particularly hit up the military press with a barbell, but when I do it's just a pink. I'm exhausted on shoulder day. I love lateral raises! Arms - I used to work them with chest/back, alternated bi's and tri's with back and chest (vise versa), did them on their own day, and now I'm going to do them every other week Legs - SQUAAATS. I load up 2 pinks and a white like today, squat with a narrow stance. I usually leave a pink on each side and go do at least 10-12 squats wide stances so my groin and shit don't get too tight. Hollly shit did some good ones today. I used to keep the rep range extremely low, now I'm doing sets of 10 and 8. I do 5 heavy work sets. Not overkill for my body and definitely adding mass all the time. I do leg extensions and curls, alternatively hit the leg press and do half a ton. Not too much though. Hit the calfs and do the occaisional lunges. Absolutely no complaints. My legs will be pretty big one day, I'm sure of it.
Starting to actually throw in some cardizzle now. I'm at the point where my ectomorphic body doesn't drop 10 lbs of water weight, muscle and fat if I miss a meal or fail to recouperate good enough. I'm gonna completely cut straight arginine and NO boosting products. I may continue to take some monohydrate now and again after workouts, just so I retain some water. But I've ordered Glycergrow (glycerol monostearate) and Purple Wraath (supposedly some fuckin wicked aminos) and I'm gonna stack that shit. I'm sure that my body will be forced to grow, and with a solid micronutrient system I am looking forward to never becoming catabolic even if it's with cardio.
I can't fuck up... I'm probably a bit neurotic, but I really don't wanna take any steps backwards ya know? A little fuck up really sets ya back. Fuckin great striations in your shoulders too man! I know that's not really a pose that flatters the size of them, but I'm pretty sure they're huge as well!!
I guess I only have... 110lbs to catch up to you.

I'll start doing something like that with the limit equipment I have.
"1x (increase weight by 5lbs goto failure)" What exactly do you mean by that? After each set increase the weight by 5lbs or add a 4th set with 5more lbs?
btw could anyone direct me to a decent site with walkthroughs (pics would help) of how to perform most workouts. I'm always feeling I have bad form.

Yeah I used to be hella hella fat and dropped like 100 pounds in 12 months and now I have to keep fat to keep my skin from saggin, it sucks, but whatever. I used to be kinda fat/built, but the drugs really helped get rid of both of those things. No regrets.

I jog 3 to 3.5 miles each day. Typically, I walk the first mile, and then jog the last two. I do numerous stomach & arm exercises as well. I practice yoga 3-4 times a week, and walk to, from, and around campus 5 days a week.

I need to start building up my mileage, but so far it's been a consistant 2-3 miles every night
As well as a nightly routine of pull-ups, crunches, push-ups, and whatever else I might need

I run 3-5 days a week, 1-2 miles. That's enough to get my heart rate up and keep me in shape.. as well as blow off any stress I may have.
