why is boredstiff, the guy who wears dresses, telling everyone they are pussies and wouldn't do shit to an attacking dog?:rolleyes:

how are dresses related to this?

because contrary to what you see in the movies, you cant run or fight effectively in heels

lol thanks for beating me to it.

All that skin is bound to get more easily mauled as well. I was just joking.

In all honesty I'm sure there are some dogs that could kill me but come on.

I've explained before that I've separated a german rottweiler and a pitbull that were attacking each other and I put myself between it and got bit up.

There are defense tactics to use against dogs that have been mentioned already. Eye gouging and neck snapping are real possibilities. I've said in another thread that people have killed cougars and bobcats by hand, why don't you guys think a big enough adult can handle a dog?

I was bit as a kid; dog ran through the house to get me on the porch, it got my elbow, I kicked it in the throat and it backed off.

Give it your arm? Seriously?

I'd do what I'd do in any fight. Kick to make distance. Throw knees and elbows- im not going to stick my hand down its throat and lose a finger.
Pick it up and drop it on its head. Use my weight advantage- stick my knee in its belly and starve its air supply. Bash the fuckers head into the pavement.

Pits may be known to not back down, but any predator is going to give up if it looks like they might not survive. A dog has to attack with its weak spot...

i stood off with a pitbull

i was walking and then out of no where this
thing runs up behind..

I acted like it was not there kept walking
did not panick.. It bit the back of my calf
just enough to where you could see the teeth marks
its whole jaw line on the back of my calf.almost hard enough
to the point any harder it would of made me bleed..

Then it stopped and ran the other way and i immediately
got to my car...

Now why it did not lock onto my calf, if it was pure luck
or me not going all crazy, i dunno but thats what happen..
I had a god sized sliding 4 inch knife so if it
happened to lock on me i was going to pull the knife
and try to kill it before it killed me..
there is not much you really can do except that..

you guys think that was luck? or was me ignoring it
and walking away what made it not lock on me??

I guess masturbating it is one way to make it stop trying to attack you, give me a hand job and I'll be your friend

I love how many people in this thread think they can break the neck of an animal thats flexible enough to lick it's own asshole.

wait for it to run at you, and then proceed to stab it until its dead. no violant pittbull should be spared of life if it is endagering the life of ANYTHING else imo, they are unnatural abominations created by man. im not saying all pittbulls are violant or should be killed but they have very violant and unstable tendancies because they have been bread for them.

and again my answer applies to randomly coming across a loose dog. If it was some neighbors pitbull biting at my pant leg i would do my best to scare it off, it would really have to hurt me to make me kill it

pittbulls can't even survive in nature for any length of time :lolsy: i think this applies to most dogs though.

id also say you should dispatch it in the most humane way as possible too, not necessarily stab it to death, but thats what i would do because i carry a knife and that would be the first thing i'd reach for  its not the dogs fault it is the way it is. but the best thing for you, the animal, and your community, is to kill it. If it attacks a human once it will do it again

That's why all mail carriers have some on them.

http://www.blackjackinfo.com/bb/showthread.php?t=4860Attacked Man Chokes Vicious Pit Bull
AP
CONROE, Texas (Feb. 1) - A 65-year-old retired truck driver who was attacked by a vicious pit bulldog during a neighborhood walk choked the dog to death as he defended himself.

Von Pardue suffered bites on his arms and hands during the Wednesday attack, which occurred shortly after Pardue began his routine morning walk. Pardue was treated at a local hospital, and the dog's owners could face misdemeanor charges, police said.

Pardue said he heard barking and readied himself when he realized the dog was coming for him.

"I turned to face him, and when I saw it was pit bull, I knew I was in trouble," Pardue said. "I put my hands up and I hollered at him. He immediately jumped to my throat."

Pardue shielded his body by grabbing the dog's head and ears, but the dog shook loose and started biting his right hand. Pardue kneed the dog in the ribs, spurring it to let go of his hand, and then grabbed the dog by its thick collar.

Pardue said he then dragged the dog to his house while maintaining a firm grip on its neck. His wife called police from the house. When the police arrived, Pardue was on the ground with the dog and still holding onto the collar.

Police said Pardue's grip was so tight that he strangled the dog. Pardue said he didn't know the dog was dead until it was unresponsive when police tried to move it.

Emergency medics washed Pardue's bites and he received a tetanus shot and an antibiotic at the hospital, he said.

"If not for the collar, I don't know how I would have ever been able to wrestle him down," said Pardue, who weighs 200 pounds. "The dog was about 80 pounds and very vicious. It was hard to believe the viciousness in which he attacked me, but I was able to contain him."

Sgt. Mike Tindall, a Conroe police spokesman, said the dog's owners hadn't been charged Wednesday, but they could face misdemeanor charges for having a dog at large or for having a dangerous dog.

Tindall said the male dog was picked up by animal control officers in December for running at large. It was given a rabies vaccination and released back to the owner, he said.

The City Council in Conroe, which is located 40 miles north of Houston, is set to vote next week on a proposed dangerous dog ordinance that would require such dogs to be kept in a secure enclosure. The law might have prevented Wednesday's attack, Tindall said.

Quote:
MMA’s Jonathan Goulet had an experience with a pit bull at a dog park recently, which is a nicer way of putting it. But since Goulet is a mixed martial artist, he knew what to do when the pit bull attacked another dog:

“The next thing I know, there is screaming and yelling and panic and the dog has gotten vicious and is growling. I didn’t even think; I looked over and I saw that the dog had something in its mouth and I thought for sure it was a kid, so I jumped on top of it and got him in a rear naked choke. I stood him up on his back legs and I put all of my weight on him. Eventually, I realized that he only had the poodle in his mouth,” Goulet said. “He wouldn’t let go of it and I didn’t let go of him either. I didn’t want him to get mad at me and bite me on my face or to hurt someone, so I finished the choke and he passed out. When he did, he let go of the poodle, which was hurt and bleeding really bad. Even after he passed out, and I let off the choke, I didn’t let him go until the owner grabbed his chain.” –UFC.com, via Cage Potato.

Grabbing the chain earlier on might have been a good idea, but what do I know. Seriously, those pit bulls scare the hell out of me. Yeah, I get that they’re predisposed to being meek, but still, I think of a pit bull as a loaded gun. A cute, cuddly loaded gun that might bite your face off if you look at him the wrong way.

If I couldn't safely get away in time (climb a tree, jump on a car, ect) I would probably try to stand my ground and dodge/kick it as much as possible until it backed down or I could safely get away.

Yeah, it's able to lick it's asshole by bending it's neck in one direction. Good for us their neck only bends that way in one direction. Bend it in the completely opposite way and snap.

I have had several pit-bulls and I can tell you, these dogs are pure muscle, scary strong!

One time my pit(never aggressive) was outside playing when some stray dog came onto our property and straight up attacked my dog.... too bad for the stray, he got fucked up and only lived because my dad hit my dog with a 4x4 in the head and after he was totally fine. They have heads made of cement so good luck trying to kill it like that.

6'5" and 200lbs, a retired trucker but also a retired marine, maybe he and
an MMA fighter can strangle a dog to death,  not much different than the
retired marine that killed a couple of gunmen on a bus on south america
several years back, he was 78
