3% means it's 97% water already. You can mix however much you want of this with water and be alright misting directly on the fruiting bodies of the mushrooms.

I wouldn't recommend tap water. Distilled, even filtered would be better.

H202 is also used as a gargle, so it won't hurt you, either.

I would not recomend directly misting the fruit bodies with anything. Once the first pins form on your casing, cease spraying the casing. You could damage your crop this way.

Akkk! Conflicting opionions about misting the fruit bodies? Does everyone agree that a 3% H2O2 solution is already dilute enough? Thanks.

I just pour H2O2 directly from the bottle to sterilize the perlite. I dilute it to 1 part H2O2 to 2 parts H2O for misting. Works fine.
