To make h2o2 solution, should AFOAF use 10% hydrogen peroxide to 90% water... is this the standard mix?

ok.. then I take my bottle of hydrogen peroxide which says 3% on it and mix it 20/1 ratio with water?

as hippie said, you take your bottle of H202 that says 3% on the label. . . . and put some in a suitable vessel. THEN, you add 20x more water than you just did H202.

This will result in a mixture of one part in 20.

3% peroxide is the "standard." If you have 10% peroxide, I would lower the amount of H202 used, or increase the water due to the tremendously complicated mathematical calculations that are bound to ensue.
