PB on Poo

I spawned a half pint of fully colonized Pink Buffalo on unpasteurized horse poo, I know, I know, but it was an extra jar and I had a little bit of poo leftover and I was too lazy to pasteurize such a little amount of poo. I did however spray the poo liberally with diluted H2O2. Two questions: what are the chances of contams and is it necessary that I apply a casing layer with poo? (running low on verm, again, too lazy to run out and get some more). I applied a thin layer of scotts 321 organic compost on top of the poo to sort of act as a casing layer. Maybe I'll get off my lazy bum and pick up some supplies......hmmmm...nahhh!! Thanks for any suggestions.

Hmm. I have seen lots of problems specifically with cobweb on unpasturized poo. I dunno though, you might be ok. Only one way to find out. As far as casing, it should be cased when 100% done, but the compost may work? I dunno. Might atleast act as a contam barrier. Or possibly a warm welcome for them? Who knows. I am alot of help eh? :P I understand that you dont wanna get supplies, i am a very broke lazy person. If you are gonna do it ghetto, go for it. No promises, but if it works, woohoo. If not, no less eh? =\ :]
