I was winning the daytona 500 when my engine blew so i went to check on my pasturizing and it had reached temp of 185 i know 175 is the limit. My conditions for growing are always super sterile, hardly any contams ever. So do you think i should go ahead and use this pot of poo for my casing??? Will it contam?

i would never take a chance on waste spawn that took weeks to grow, poop is cheap, and you can have it pasteurized in a hour, so fuck it make more poop .

it will still work, ive used poo that was in a PC and got over 200 degrees

I doubt it hurt it, any. I have ran poo and/or compost up to 200 many times, without a single problem. 6T (aka Mycota)

Just for clarification, what happens when its pasteurized at too high of a temp, why is that bad?

You kill a lot of the benificial micro/organisms.

Here is a 10 quart tray (day 3 + 10 hours) of colonizing compost, that was oven heated to 200 F, for 2 hours, then allowed to cool to room temp, moisture content adjusted & spawned with a quart of WBS.

6T (aka Mycota).

when it gets too high it no longer pastuerizes, it sterilizes
