Intriguing scenario.

Since they are in zero-gravity, I would expect the animals' strikes to be more powerful. Their bone density and muscle strength remains static, but the lack of gravity would increase the striking force of their blows. Adding to this the mobility difficulties posed by a zero-G environment, this means the fight will depend on one or two strong attacks, rather than the hit-and-run strategy that could be employed by the lion to gain an advantage over the bear back on Earth.
