:lol: this too.  I've seen plenty of "people" - even those in their 20's with their own pulse who aren't really "people".  Brain death is the same as death.  You aren't alive until you can think.  If you don't believe that why don't you destroy your brain, you'd still be alive after all.

I'm sure everyone here is glade your parents didn't decide to do that with you. But indeed human life is special, we are separate to all other forms of life. We are made in the image of God, we have a free will, to decide, we don't just rely on instinct. We have morals, although some have destroyed there's. You are like no one else, we are each unique.

I think the video was just comparing it to the holocaust because, actually a lot more are dying now in the United States then died in the the holocaust.

Whose to say a baby doesn't think? Just because we cant remember thinking then certainly doesn't mean the baby doesn't have thoughts. I believe they do.

I'll just answer everything you said, but I'm obviously not speaking for those people.

So, why not adoption? Well, because the adoption agencies worldwide are packed full and not getting enough resources as is. You may as well throw these helpless kids in a homeless shelter and ignore them, for as much help and attention as they'll get.

These kids will grow up and overcome adversity? It makes for a nice movie, but no. This is the real world chief, and a bleeding heart, no matter how sincere, isn't going to provide food, shelter, proper education, morals, or a reasonable living environment.

Being against the death penalty is idiotic. Unless you enjoy footing the bill for your local prisoners to eat. We just need a better legal system where a word doesn't have 34957834857 different meanings, depending on how an overpaid scumbag in a suit frames that word. We could do without poking our nose in every other country's affairs, but on the same token, nobody ever points out the fact the other countries are keeping tabs as well. It's survival of the fittest, and we damn well better pay attention, or there's going to be another Bin Laden, and this time we'll be seeing nukes raining instead of planes.

Partial birth abortion was banned in '03. Derp. Even then, it still happens under the radar. So when is a baby, a baby? It's hard to say, but they're still yet to have thoughts of their own or memories. It's not as if they're self aware as soon as they leave the womb. We slaughter other non-self aware creatures, what exactly makes a human offspring different?

Alright, that's your belief. Present peer reviewed facts supporting your claims, only then will your argument have any validity. A zygote implants itself in a uterus, nothing magical or special about it.

And even if a fetus did have the capacity for what could be interpreted as thoughts, that in no way renders the organism more of a person than an adult female. Just as my right to swing my arm ends at your nose, a zygote's right to devide its cells ends at my willingness to incubate it.
