Doesnt matter. Cops do this shit all the time to reasonable and stupid people.

You stick up for the police in these cases only because people should know

I have punched and much worse with people that were incapale of properly
defending themselves, if the guy could kick the window he could also kick the
cop, of course we know how that ends... I've been a peace agent for the state

and yes, the cop was unprofessional, as was mentioned he should have trussed
the guy up and rolled him over to put a little pressure on the guys bladder,
that helps things along considerably... me, I'd have also made sure the
windows were up and the heat kicked on while in that hot car... sweating and
pissing is hat it's all about

this goes for the majority of police brutality threads:

to the people who blame the guy for antagonizing the cop, while I agree that its not exactly the wises choice to disobey an officer's orders like that, and perhaps should have even seen the reaction coming, why can't you at least admit that it's still wrong for the cop to punch a defenseless guy repeatedly in the face when he's just trying to call attention to the fact that he's about to be pissing all over himself and the cop car if he isn't allowed to take a leak? it's one thing to say that the guy should have expected it, it's another to say he was asking for it.
