The cop obviously had troubles at home that day, his wife been mouthing off or something, so he's taking it out of the first guy who happened to step out of line that day. The slightest thing would set him off, and the guy tapping his foot against the window was the slightest thing.

cop should have put leg restraints on him then told him he couldn't take a piss.  Worst case pepper spray him, hitting him is bullshit he could put the guys eye out with a hangnail or something, clearly abuse of power for the situation at hand.

lastly, had i been in that situation and had to piss and got told no, not only would i take a piss, id take a shit as well! :cuteshit: :haha:

Its actually not allowed for a cop to let an arrested person urinate until they have arrived to their destination. So if your ever in the back of a cop car and you get the officer to stop and let you take a piss, thats where you start in talking your way out of going to jail and the whole mess.

The guy is in handcuffs and the cop proceeds to punch him in the face.

This is wrong. Yeah dude was a fucking idiot but cops should not be allowed
to do this.

You stick up for the police in these cases only because people should know
not to talk down to authority an then thats what they get. Not the right reason
to defend the police.
