Eat with mellowparty

This is my typical daily menu when Im not busy:

Breakfast:

Hard boiled eggs with mozzarella and tomatoes

Lunch

Chilli with cheese wrapped in whatever you call it. The cheese melts and blends with the chilli :drooling:

Dinner:

Veal with pickles and pasta+ham bits in creamy sauce.

But typically my days are pretty hectic so I dont have time to cook. Usually I'd be happy if I manage to pull something like:


But if its too busy for that I'll just have some :popcorn:

i drink whey protein & take a multi-vitamin for break fast now.. i used to not eat and have a little somethin in the pm around dinner

Sometimes I'd go with that and a cup of tea :shrug: makes up for a lot of lost calories

Bacons a good way to sneak in calories too.  Who can turn down some delicious bacon?

I'm having a bacon/banana/milk breakfast as we speak actually ha.  Feelin lazy today.

Im blazed and this makes me hungry.

I normally wake up and have mah weetbix. 5-6 glazed in honey does it for me. The rest of my meals change on a daily basis.

Also because I work at kfc, I eat alot more of it.

i dont eat meat. but i LOVE soy bacon!! i was vegan, but i didnt do it rite. my appetite has always been poor i became mal-nourished. i just started to take dairy in my diet again

I try to avoid fried stuff :uhoh: Here is a tip: if you decide to fry red meat do NOT salt it before the frying process. This will do you a shitload of damage.

Soy bacon aye?  I've not tried that one.  I think I'll probably stick to my pig meat though, I've got no qualms.  My diet sucks too, I've been trying to sneak in more calories different ways.  My body's so small compared to my size that I just never feel hungry.. or at least that's how I understand it.

People keep saying this, but does anyone know why this is supposed to be? I.e., what sort of damage, and through what mechanism?

I feel that if you've given up meat you shouldnt be allowed to call anything
you eat by a meaty name, or to try and give it a meat like appearance, it
would be as though I'd given up on women, started chasing trannies and refer
to cock as stick pussy so it seems less gay
