I almost bought Ducks Nest, Duck was one of the cherokee war chiefs

Man that would be so cool for me. I gotta ask ya, what are they like? Although I am only a quarter I am very proud of my Native heritage. Not to say I am not proud to also be German, Irish, English, Scottish, Danish, and who knows what else. (WTF THIS KID IS A MUTT!?!?!?) Lol yep, I am. I am pure human baby. My Native grandfather even had negro hair, and blacks (runaway slaves at times) were welcomed into the tribe if they could pull their weight. So I guess I could be part black . My father has strong suspicions that my grandfather was part black. I saw his sisters and they had super curly hair and pretty African features. And My father and I get DARK in the summer.

The thing is, I heard that many full blood Cherokee have more prejudice against "mudbloods" like me than they do against whites. I hope that's not true, as I really plan on seeing the Cherokee Nation one day.
