According to the article, Justice is not requesting this data in the course of a criminal investigation, but in order to defend its argument that the Child Online Protection Act is constitutionally sound."

You and me both know that's not about to happen? People informed, shit not unless Survivor or American Idol decides to start making people think.

I'm actually registered Libertarian, but Alaska is a republican state. ALL the natives are pretty much TOLD to vote republican, because "they'll get more money for land because of oil reserves being opened" and yadda yadda yadda. My vote doesn't mean shit, and I'm guessing within the next couple of elections nobody's vote will, as it'll be completely set up from the get-go.
