SB, SC, SF are mo'fuckin expensive. tooo expensve man. SB is so sick though, anyone ever partied on Del Playa? in isla vista? RIDICULOUS partie houses and apartments over look these fat cliffs over the ocean

but then i realized its 6 guys to a 2 bedroom apartment all paying 750 a month..

santa cruz is perty redunk too, pricey though.

Long beach is pretty chill. Lower price on rent, close to beaches, bar scene is pretty cool on pine street (thats where the students from CSULB go)

I have lived in both norcal and socal. Chico and Los Angeles area.

LA is more expensive, but I like it, it has its percs.

Norcal is a slower pace of life, and closer to nature.



as for the douche bag comments of socal....norcal has douche bags too. the nor-cal star and logo is fucking everywhere and they act like they are their own individual state. raised trucks yadda yada.

SF Valley aint that expensive if you look around, find a 3 bedroom for ~1500 if you're lucky.

Well california's economy is shit so pretty much anywhere is moderately expensive. But ive seen some nice houses that are 20-30 minute drives from the beach that are reasonably priced

30 minute drive to the beach ain't bad at all. 1500 is doable in rent but cheaper is better.

Pot prices fell through the floor.  A lot of people are moving east to other med states to grow.  I'm gonna retire in Cali someday.  Maybe just say '*K&c !t' and move there in a few months myself.  I'd prefer Nor Cal myself personally but maybe socal isn't so bad.

Then youre in luck.

There are dispensaries everywhere too. And you can pretty much smoke wherever the fuck you want. Cops dont really do shit but take your weed and smoke it themselves. :vaped:
