Ive only seen some get rocked that hard once, and that was during a football game. That was a brutal tackle.

brutality was the 12yo girl in texas snatched into a van, accused of being
a hooker and beaten b undercover cops, then 3 weeks later arrested for
assaulting the cops that beat her, excessive force was the kids in hall
county georgia and pasedena california that were shot by cops because they
were in possession of BB guns and did nothing that posed anyone any
threat, the hall county one it was an off duty jail guard that wasnt even
authorized to carry a weapon and shot them while they were getting water
from a hose outside of a gas station

Im not talking about being innocent and going to prison.  Im talking about police violence, thieving, lying and generally abusing the civilian population.  Most victims of the police never go to prison.

must be some real pussies at those football games, I've seen people get hit
harder when they were just fucking around, hell, when I was 14 I had a 30yo
man that was 3x my size hit me harder in a football game

The guy didn't have his legs braced, his feet were close together and standing side-on when he got hit, ANYONE would fall directly over even from a soft push.

I believe if he was in a reasonable stance with braced legs the hit would have been very minor, possibly not even falling over.

There is a difference between excessive force and a brutal attack. Honestly a lot of this is just unfortunate circumstances. Granted the cop's actions were excessive, but I've seen people get fucked up pretty bad just playing sports and end up with a concussions at worst.

I don't condone what the cops did, and it seems their action in the aftermath was pretty bad, but I wouldn't call it a brutal attack. They do have guns after all, their intentions could have been a lot worse.

best check it again, the cop stopped and nailed him as he was stopping, had
it been full force the cops momentum would have carried hi tot the wall or on
top of the guy and the guys arms were not up and he wasnt standing still

Nope, you are incorrect.  I never claimed that any percentage of people in prison are innocent.  I claimed that innocent people have plenty to fear from the police.  Do you not understand the difference?

agreed, it was excessive, the guy was slowing down but as the cop was closing
he started to throw up an arm, probably defensive but also probably perceived
as threatening by the cop who was already chasing what he believed to be a
suspect in a crime

How can you accept this as ok by any means?? That was not the guy the cops were
after. Who knows why the guy ran but he did. He did stop. Cop busted his ass good
with a move that I am sure cops are not taught to use.

It's not hard to stop on a dime if you're transferring your force from yourself to another person. Ever watched a football game? Safeties and linebackers do it all the time. It's not like he collided with him, he was planning on hitting the guy. Run really fast, take probably two steps to plant and begin the hit, transfer force from lower body to upper body, transfer force from yourself to another person. There goes your momentum and the guy you're trying to hit.
