Your problem is most likely due to the fact that there is too much of a difference between the air in your grow area to that of your normal area. Try a more even method of heat, ie combo light bulb and heating pad. However, I've had condensation on petri dishs, in colonizing jars, and all kinds in my grow chamber and not had any problems. It can really only be a problem if the water is some how contaminated.
