Alright so I got stoned again and went into my room and layed down in my bed waiting for the insanity in my head to start again. 

When I was in my room he came home and said to her. It smells like smoke But it sounded like he was angry (could have been my imagination) she said something about me smoking.

A while later I heard him say something like I'm sending them over here now. (again he sounded angry) and in my paranoid deluded state I thought he was referring to sending the police over.

In my head I was imagining that they were undercover and it was all a set up. I was also having paranoid delusions that you were all a part of this.

In a panicked state I grabbed my weed and flushed it down the toilet.

I'm a delusional paranoid mess.

You did the right thing by getting rid of the weed because you obviously shouldn't be smoking it but you at least could of given it to your roommates so they could enjoy it. Flushing herb down the toilet is wasteful.

Holy shit how the fuck is my brain chemistry this fucked up. My brain is coming to the weirdest fucking conclusions about everything in life. drawing connections that aren't real at all.

I'm so paranoid that I'm starting to think demons are fucking with my head and whispering these paranoid thoughts. And that drugs are starting to possess me. But I know this is just another paranoid thought.

I thought meditation was supposed to help me control my mind. But my mind feels like and endless stream of dark scary paranoid fear based thoughts.

Its the only thing keeping me going though. If i'm sober my mind is completely empty and blank and I have no interesting thoughts. Everything is dull and empty and I feel like life has no purpose and everything is almost mechanical. I feel lifeless.

When I'm high my imagination makes up weird shit in my head that is beautiful but scary at the same time. I just sit like a stone when I'm stoned and stare at a wall and watch my mind go fucking crazy.
Maybe I have imbalanced chakras lol. Idk if i even believe in that anymore.
