Keeping sterilized jars..

Can you keep a sterilized, uninocculated jar for a set period of time without it losing water content and without the brf rotting or being contaminated?

Can an unsterilized jar be put away for future use as well??

I don't see why not, if they have been pressure cooked.

They have been pressure cooked. I was worried about them drying out for use, let's say, next month or so.

If it is sealed tight it should be fine.

Yes, if it was pasturised (Pressure cooked with grain jars) proberly, and if its sealed tightly, it will be fine

do jars of food in supermarkets go off in 2 weeks if not used?
