Caps Turning Blue!

Some of my caps are turning a little blue around the rim. What might be causing this. High Humidity?

could it be spores dropping down onto the caps?

No not at all..Its Just around the rims of the caps where the veils start.

I am gussing that it is bruising from the veil tearing away from the cap.
Some of mine did that too
