turning blue

is it abnormal for the top of my cake to turn blue. the base of one of the shrooms has a dark blue area on it. I am pretty sure its not mold and it hasn't been mishandled.

Have you been touching Them? Or over watering them? Or they might be to dry. IF you have been touching them it is just bruising. You might water to much to if your not touching.

i haven't been touching them but it is the same color that comes up when it is mishandled. I just wanted to know if sometimes the mycelium turns blue for no aparant reason, or if mold can easily be mistaken for bruising. it isn't any kind of visible growth.
