My fav memory of paintball was my accuracy. I literally shot a guy in the face when he looked through a hole the size of a baseball 100 feet away. lets just say he was surprised.

I also have thrown a paintball in the air and shot it.

i used to play x-ball on the national level, was good fun.  The throwing the ball in the air and shooting it thing, that's how a lot of the higher level teams practiced.  Someone would throw it in the air and you had to shoot it.  15bps at 300fps in a small field it isn't that big of a deal to be moderately accurate, but drills help.  The real thing was being accurate while running, diving, snap shooting, etc.

I don't play anymore, i did enjoy it though

When your adrenaline levels are that high, you barely even notice the pain. I used to play every weekend. It's definitely one of the funnest sports out there.
