Amanita Amerimuscaria Identification

Recent Finds, These Amanita Amerimuscaria were found growing mycorrhizal with nearby pine trees.


Below is a Healthy fresh A.Amerimuscaria,


Notice the obvious difference in the concentric rings at the base of these 2 Amerimuscarias that were growing almost side by side, but one has more obvious signs of weathering.


The caps also look a bit different after heavy rains.

I have found A.Amerimuscarias that have had orange/red caps, along with a.A'Ms that have yellow/white caps.
