she texted me this just now

I know it's easier said than done, but try to move on. Do something to distract yourself that you enjoy.

Best advice I could give would be to ignore the text and ignore her. Totally cut them out of your life, she is trying to bring you down and when she doesn't get a reply it will drive her nuts.
