ive tried both and only minimum affects from boiling plus it tastes like shit. do soak/shake in cranberry juice for about 10mins. i added a teaspoonful of vitamin C "crystals" to help but dont know if you need them :wink:

i think about a day is more like it with the cranberry juice, and yeah, crushed vitamin c helps extract

also after filtering off the juice into one glass, do another extract with new juice. filter that one, throw away cake (in shit) then keep filtering the combined juices till "clean" NO VERMICULITE!!!

mine was pretty potent(LEVEL 4)with only 10mins....but maybe longer would have been better? needed less cake ect.
