Actually that's my neighboor's laboratory

Conceal as in hiding it from people to see, or you mean, close it up so it wont have no holes in it?

Don't close it up.  Drill lots of holes in your terrarium and set it out in the open.

Well I was planning to drill a lot of holes. I was going to fan&mist 5 times a day by opening the front lid and use a  computer fan mounted on the box to fan for few. Would that work?

What's actually the problem of my box? is it to big and would make the circulation slow. But wouldn't that also mean, that the inside air would stay fresh for a longer period?

EDIT:

What should I do if some cakes are 100% colonized and some need almost a week?
Should i just leave them alone in the incubator and wait the uncolonized get to 100 % + 1 one week of sitting.... or should I birth them separably?

You remove cakes from the jars 1 week after full colonization.  You also shouldn't be using an 'incubator'.  Use one of those if you're hatching chicken eggs.  Use normal room temperature for colonization of substrate/spawn jars.
