Mycelium on the caps means that your humidity is to low. The humidity gauge you have is probibly inacurate. What does your setup look like?

Humidity is right, indications would seem to point to low rH, but if condesation is flowing down sides..hmmm..how often do you fan or whatever(at least 3 times a day is reccomended) gotta get rid of that co2. I think you'll be alright, justkeep fanning..temp is good!
