The guard should have told his boss what happened, he obviously did what he did for personal reasons.

Sounds like you're assuming a lot about a security officer you know nothing about.

His job is to stop photo's and take care of individuals causing trouble.

I'd say he did it for professional reasons.

How much experience do you have with security guards? I've never known any of them to be what you are calling "professional". They're all dicks, that is their job. Their employer reserves the right to let them treat you like shit if you're fucking around and breaking the rules. I don't see how that is so hard to comprehend here.

meh.  Nobody was there so it's speculative about what the bouncer needed or didn't need to do.

Regardless, it's a simple rule to follow, and the bouncer could have been well within his rights.

its amazing how i mention stabbing the mofo once. it being a THOUGHT in my mind at the moment. jesus christ you people love to jump on that.

now that im sober. fuck you who are against me.

i took a picture, dude 1 comes up and tells me to put the phone away, i did, and after he turned to walk away i didnt even actually say anything now that i remember it, i did the slow jerk type motion with the finish. THATS when dude 2 came up and choked me bitching at my for the camera and basically bustin a nut on the other security guard. i really didnt SAY anything to dude 1 now that i think of it. but i did go off on dude 2.

anyway. once again, fuck you to the people who think i deserve that. i took a fucking picture and i got choked out. that does NOT CALL FOR ASSAULT!!!!!!!

was the guy a rent a cop, or was he just some security guard?  The cops should have told you the process for pressing charges.  In fact, if there was undeniable proof right there, they should have arrested on the spot

WTF? I had friends at that tool concert posting pics on facebook from their cell phones all night.

Everyone takes pics with cell phones at concert. what a dick security guard... especially if you were compliant and put the phone back in your pocket.

even if you are taking photos illegally (once you're inside private property and asked to stop, you have to.) it isn't legal grounds to assault someone.  The guard could have handled it MUCH differently.

So did you get thrown out of the concert too? Or just choked?

Hopefully you were still able to enjoy the show. But I'm pretty sure being choked by some douche bag would ruin my acid trip.
