bomb ass recipe for some ultra tender pork ribs

So last night I decided to make some tasty assss ribs. So here goes,

2lb boneless pork ribs
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 cup soy sauce
1/3rd cup vinegar
little bit of rice wine if you like
3 tbsp honey
1/2 cup sweet soy sauce (the thick type)
1/3rd cup brown sugar


So get your soy sauce, honey, garlic, vinegar, rice wine, brown sugar and mix that ship up righteous like.

Get yo ribs, cut them fellas in half lengthways. Leave the fat on!

get a zip lock baggie (not the tiny ones, crackhead) and stick your ribs in there. You may have to use two baggies.

Pour some of the marinade into them baggies and fridge it over night or for 3 hours.

Take them fellas out and turn on your stove to realll low.

Get yourself a non stick pot and stick yo ribs in there

pour all the juices from the baggie in that there pot and use your sweet soy sauce to fill up the pot until the ribs are almost covered.

cook for at least 1 and a half hours.

Check on every 10 minutes and give it a nice stir

After an hour add more sweet soy sauce if yo ribs don't look this dark, then keep cooking for half hour

Sounds like a good recipie.

But I personally believe that if the meat is good enough, no marinade is necessary. And on the flipside, no marinated meat is better than it's unmolested counterpart.

I don't even like bbq sauce on my ribs. Why modify the taste of something that's delicious already?
