Mojo is finally down.

Scared her with a chain saw and she started climbing down and my brother and I grabbed a blanket and she jumped the rest of the way from about 25 feet into the blanket.

Smart cat for knowing to jump into the blanket. One time my cat climbed a tree about 30 feet up about 50 yards from my house. She wasn't climbing down and I assumed she was stuck so in panic I ran to my house and grabbed this huge heavy ass ladder. I hauled it back there and then when I was in sight she climbed down

Throw some Meow Mix down near the bottom of the tree, the cat will come down. ...lol

How old is the cat, if the cat is old and the tree doesn't have branches for a fair fall than if it's your cat, get a latter and call it down, bring some tuna with you.
