South Australian UNKNOWN mushies. Please HELP me identify!!!

Found these 3 different types of mushies TODAY. Don't know much at all about how to identify and am very new to the shrooms scene. Would love some help on positively identifying whether or not they are active or toxic.

First lot just appear like regular edibles. Found them under a shady, slightly humid crop of low-hanging trees at a park area in Strathalbyn, Adelaide Hills. Black gills, white stems and caps, rings around the stems, just below the underside of the cap.

Second one looked weird. Found it solitary, down in a semi-dry creek bed. Almost positive its a nasty one. Looks like it has been attacked by insects. I don't know the term, but the cap had not erupted umbrella style yet. Insects had eaten through a portion of the protected cap and exposed some white gills (bad, no?)

Third and possibly the more promising. Pale brown to tawny orange color. darker in the centre of the cap, color going paler towards outside of cap-top. Stems same color as outsides of cap. No ring below cap. Gills are very pale orange/brown, but not white. Length of stem ranged from 6-10cm in height. Diameter of caps ranged from 2-5 cm. Immature ones seemed to have a slightly domed, uneven cap while the larger, more mature ones caps flattened out more. Found them alongside a semi-dry creek bed. They were fairly well hidden by an undergrowth of fallen, dead wild grass. I had to rake the grass away to get access to them. They also tended to grow in bunches of 8-12. I got some photos of really small ones, just erupting from the soil that I can reasonably assume are the same variety. Insects were on almost all of them and showed signs of being attacked by the insects.

This is so shite! I lost all my pics except this shitty one. Does anyone know if i screw up my upload limit if i have to wait a whole week before i get my 20mb limit back?
