Regarding my Grow Area (An Old Table/night stand type thing)

I went down to this 'place' lol. And found this really cool OLD antique table with a 'cabinet' with 2 cabinet doors, and a small drawer.

It was $6, also in very good condition, extremely well built.

(My fiance dusted, polished, and sprayed inside and out with anti bacterial spray when we brought it home)

Let's say I have some jars incubating inside the 'cabinet' area of said table. Very cool in my room so having it shut is no big deal. Let's also say they were Ps. C. Texans which I have repeatedly read many say these 'colonize really slow' I'm not too worried about that, but i'm sure it's helping my paranoia.

Ok for anyone who can vividly imagine the smell of antique/old wooden fixtures and furniture:

I pulled the jars out of the 'cabinet' earlier. Checked them out, checked a little more and only saw very, very fine spots of what might be myc. As I went to put one back, I caught this FUNKY odor. Smelled my hand, smelled the jar... And the jar smells a bit weird, almost like a stinky foot smell or something but not really.

FYI, I smelled the glass, of the side of the jar lol. not inside, or top or anything.

So next, I stuck my head inside the table and smelled, and it smells REALLY old, and really ANTIQUE WOOD-Y.

Sorry for the block of text, i'm really :blazed:

The smell isn't exactly the same though, could this be the jars?
Or just the smell of sitting inside there with the doors only cracked?

Stink foot smell = bacteria. But you'll be sure which jar it is when you sniff it.
