Re: Are all stereotypers ignorant? [Re: xFrockx]
    #12337825 -

Actually it's my fault for misreading the title. I saw "stereotypes" without the R.

But what I said can still be applied all the same. If you make a generalized statement knowing that it's not true I wouldn't necessarily call you a stereotyper. Jackass or troll are probably more fitting.

Your point made no sense anyways or you lack reading comprehension. Words are clearly defined things, people are not. A black person is not defined as someone who smells like coco butter.

"Jackass or troll are probably more fitting."

You don't have to be like that, you aren't under attack here.

I wasn't necessarily referring to you. "Stereotyper" isn't even a word, neither is "stereotypist" afaik so if we're going to argue semantics it has to be defined first. Is a stereotyper someone who uses a stereotype and means it? In that case I'd say yes they are ignorant, based on what we can infer about stereotypes.

Or is a stereotyper someone who uses them regardless of belief. In that case I'd say yes that person could be ignorant, but they could also be a troll, a joker, or just sarcastic.

How can you tell what is a real word and what isn't?

I don't live under a bridge and I don't help people through the labyrinth to get to David Bowie at the end and save their little sister from a life of troll-gang-bukkake.

I once heard of this book full of them. It even tells you what they mean and how to use them. Sounds pretty far-fetched though

I have no idea what the point of your threads are orgone and it seems that no one can ever answer you up to your standards which means you already knew the answer before you asked the question. Why don't you go and write a book? I bet it would be good and then we all could rest our brains from overthinking your threads.

if were overthinking from this thread i suggest you throw in the towel.

Saying all stereotypes are ignorant is a generalization in and of itself. So if you said yes you would be admitting to ignorance.

It wasn't this thread I was overthinking, it is some of the other ones I have seen from the OP. This is the shroomery, not some poltical rant forum. I would bet more than half the people on here are on drugs right now and could give a shit about this crap.
