I need to start a healthy regimen again...
    #12236598 -

HELP ME GAIN WEIGHT AND EAT HEALTHY PLEASE!

so i have been trying to eat more healthy, but also gain some extra pounds as i am underweight. i have a hard time eating for some reason, and sometimes it almost feels forced. there will even be moments where i'm eating something that i like (or don't like) and it's like my stomach won't digest it and i get this uncontrollable jerk-puke reaction without even puking it up - this will even happen when i have the food in my mouth thinking about swallowing. very strange, but that's a different story.

my grocery store visit are starting to turn sour as i buy the same exact shit everytime and eat the same exact shit everyday basically. i'm used to eating maybe an apple in the morning with 4 bowls of sugar cereal. then at lunch time i make either a turkey sandwich or a couple hot dogs, sometimes even spaghetti-o's. then for dinner i cook either salmon or chicken and a couple pieces of garlic bread. that is what i end up eating everyday, but i need some god damn variety and more motivation to eat constantly in order to gain weight!

maybe one of you could recommend some foods i can buy at a grocery store that will be healthy for me and help me put on some pounds. i have bought this protein/calorie powder stuff to drink with an OJ everyday too, so maybe that will help. thanks in advance!

Stop eating so much sugary stuff, because it will only screw with your metabolism.
Try a whole bunch of nuts of all kinds, bananas, coconuts, and delicious avocados.

And never known your face
All this time I've missed you
And searched this human race
Here is true peace
Here my heart knows calm
Safe in your soul
Bathed in your sighs

i smoke plenty of weed, don't worry about that. i guess i just end up smoking and not wanting to go make a meal...maybe?

i don't even really eat much sugar, i actually have cut down quite a lot on that. i just eat my corn pops for breakfast.

There's nothing wrong with eating just fruit or just vegtables as a meal. You don't have to start off with the healthiest diet in the world.

Breakfast, make some eggs and toast with a glass of orange juice.

Lunch, maybe a home made fruit salad. If you want to add more a hamm sandwhich, apple sauce, stringed cheese and maybe some fresh vegtables.

Dinner i usually splurge with pizza or hamburgers or chicken.

If you can help it, drink water exclusively and drink plenty of it. You will feel like you have more energy than soda.

Also, just experiment. You can find a diet that works for you!
